1. Lead the permitting process for multiple new energy investments—secure all required licenses, local approvals, and regulatory clearances for project development, construction and operation. 2. Serve as Envision's principal liaison to Philippine local, regional, and national authorities—proactively build relationships, negotiate requirements, and ensure smooth communication. 3. Monitor regulatory and policy trends—analyze risk and impact, propose strategies, and deliver solutions to evolving compliance challenges. 4. Map permit workflows, collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial teams to align project milestones and resolve bottlenecks. 5. Guide/coach internal teams and external partners in interpreting permit requirements and executing compliance plans. 6. Coordinate community engagement and stakeholder consultations as required for permitting.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, or relevant field (Master’s preferred). 2. Minimum 8 years experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory affairs for energy projects; substantial experience in the Philippine market is absolutely required. 3. In-depth knowledge of relevant Filipino laws, policies, permitting institutions, and energy sector stakeholders. 4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and government relations skills in both English and Filipino. 5. Track record of independently leading permit processes for large-scale solar, wind, or other renewable projects. 6. Project management prowess—able to orchestrate cross-functional teams, drive results to tight deadlines, and manage uncertainty. 7. Integrity, accountability, and a passion for impact in the renewable energy transition.
