Commercial Leader - SEA Region
1. Project bidding: Complete the bidding of the company's wind turbine, energy storage, resource matching and other business projects with the customer line, participate in and be responsible for the bidding organization, pre-bid review, business risk identification of bidding documents, quotation document output, bidding document preparation and post-bid clarification and ensure process compliance;
2. Contract risk management: Fully identify and comprehensively evaluate business risks during the project process/before contract signing (including but not limited to financial, quality, delivery, logistics, legal and other risks) and submit risk approval to effectively manage contract risks;
3. Business negotiation: Complete project contract business negotiation with the customer line, maximize the avoidance of contract risks through negotiation, increase project profits, and ensure smooth project execution;
4. Rules and procedures: Have the opportunity to participate in the construction of marketing LTC process mechanisms and rules.
1. 8 years or more of working experience in business/legal affairs, bidding, and marketing; have certain knowledge of main products in the new energy industry such as wind turbines, energy storage, and wind farms, as well as relevant knowledge of bidding;
2. Be serious and meticulous, have certain legal knowledge, and be able to identify risks in contract terms according to company requirements; have a certain sensitivity to data and project risk control, have a certain understanding of the company's business strategy and product strategy, and have good writing skills and language organization skills;
3. Have strong logical thinking ability, deduction ability, strong language expression ability, strong on-the-spot adaptability, and have certain business negotiation skills and contract negotiation experience;
4. Have strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and coordination skills, strong stress resistance, and strong internal drive;
5. Those with experience in project bidding, business, legal affairs, and engineering services will be given priority; those with experience in multi-project operation and project negotiation will be given priority.
