Conduct site identification, technical due diligence, and regulatory risk assessments. 3. Initiate and manage multi-stakeholder negotiations with landowners, government authorities, and community representatives. 4. Navigate and resolve legal, regulatory, or title disputes related to land procurement, ensuring compliance with local law and company standards. 5. Optimize land acquisition timelines and costs, continuously improving processes and best practices. 6. Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships, representing Envision in major land-related external engagements. 7. Report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to regional and executive leadership teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Land Management, Real Estate Law, or a related discipline. 2. Over 8 years of direct experience in land acquisition for infrastructure or energy projects, with at least 3 years in the Philippines. 3. Strong working knowledge of Philippines land laws, permitting processes, and local stakeholder dynamics. 4. Proven success in leading complex negotiations with landowners, local government, and regulatory bodies. 5. Excellent project management and risk mitigation skills in land acquisition contexts. 6. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural team. 7. Fluent in English; Filipino language proficiency preferred. 8. Willingness to travel frequently within the Philippines as project needs demand.
