Manager Contracts WTG
•Generate business leads.
•Engage with internal technical / product team to making most optimal and competitive technical proposals aligned with requirements of auction documents or special use cases for customers.
•Make commercial offers for supply, installation and commissioning of WTG solutions, extended warranties and O&M services in collaboration with the HQ team.
•Create new use cases with select customers to have an edge over competition.
•Negotiate and close definitive agreements for supply, commission services, operation and maintenance for WTG.
•Analyze market / competitive trends and provide feedback on required technology, pricing, warranty terms, financial products, product development, new lines of business.
•Policy advocacy and representing the company at industry associations / forums
Education & Skill Sets:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•10+years of sales and BD experience with at least 10 years in the Wind turbine sales
•Thorough knowledge of WTG tenders with experience in diligent evaluation of all requirements - technical or commercial - and appropriate inclusion in offer documents and contracts.
•Understanding of WTG contract structure.
•Open to travel across India and to the HQ in China
•Proven team building and leadership skills.
