Key Responsibilities: Setting up of new production line following Envision requirements. Design and define the best manufacturing layout for the Blade manufacturing process. Responsible for Blade manufacturing process Development of the Process documentation like Work Instruction for manufacturing process, in process tooling specification and Bill of manufacturing. Knowledge on blade manufacturing process from start to end Technical knowledge transfer – Develop Training module, Skill Matrix evolution. Responsible for preparation of Training material and providing technical training. Involve and execute the FPQ, 0-series blade & Mass production. Responsible to handle the Problem data bank start from the FPQ process including the lesson learned points and closure of all the points with CFT approach in 0-series production. Skills and Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in rotor blade manufacturing. Proven experience in Process management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in process and production.
